Ingredients
  1. 2 tablespoons greek yoghurt
  2. 1 frozen banana
  3. 1/4 cup flaxseed
  4. 1 tablespoon chai
  5. 1 cup almond milk
  6. 1/2 cup toasted museli
Instructions
  1. Whizz it all together in the blend and serve cold.

 drinking smoothie For those of you who follow me on Instragram (and for those of you who don’t,  please do) you would know that I burned my left hand yesterday. It was unbearably painful and now I have blisters up and down my fingers. OUCH! This means that I won’t be cooking anything hot for you today and Mr. C is stuck with leftovers of beef and red wine stew. So what do you make when your fingers are terrified of the stove? A healthy breakfast smoothie.    

Banana, peanut butter and tahini smoothie

I love to make smoothies and juices, in case you can’t tell, so when I went to Hoi Polloi last week and tried their banana, tahini protein shake I knew I had to recreate it at home.

 

Ingredients

2 bananas

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1/2 tablespoon of tahini

2 cups milk

Handful of spinach

Method

Mix all the ingredients in the blender, drink and enjoy
