If you are a fitness junkie then bananas are a must-have ingredient. They not only help protect you against muscle cramps, they also are packed with tryptophan, which helps you overcome depression and reduces the symptoms of PMS. So for the women sobbing because life is all too hard at one particular time of the month drink this smoothie and take a breath!
Finally the pumpkin seeds. They might be little but they are packed with magnesium, which is shown to help prevent strokes and heart attacks. Punnet of blueberries
Handful of pumpkin seeds
1 tablespoon of honey
5 tablespoons of Greek yoghurt
Milk (add as much as you like- I prefer my smoothies thick)
Blend it all together and enjoy!
