Blueberry Greek Yoghurt Popiscles

Pretending that didn’t happen, let’s talk about my blueberry Greek yoghurt popsicles. These are super healthy and oh so simple to make. Plus, in case you missed my other blog post, blueberries have hidden superpowers that can make you concentrate better.



1 cup of blueberries

3 tablespoons of water

1 cup of Greek Yoghurt

2 tablespoons of honey

2 tablespoons of white sugar

1/2 cup of milk


1. Cook the blueberries, sugar and water over a medium heat until the sugar dissolves

2. Once the blueberry mixture has turned into a syrup, remove from the heat and let it cool to  room temperature

2. Blend blueberry syrup with the rest of the ingredients before pouring into the popsicle molds

3. Leave the mixture to freeze for 3-5 hours
