Green Juice- is it just liquid lettuce?


Green juice has become a huge health trend in the US but I had reservations about trying it out as I feared that it would taste like liquid kale. Does anyone else think the same thing?

However, this morning I woke up feeling incredibly flu-ey and I knew the time had come to experiment with the juicer. This is my own recipe based on my favourite greenery and it really surprised me how easy I found it to drink.

Your body will thank you for all eternity if you start the green juice because it’s packed with vitamins and an elite team of superhero ingredients.

Here are my top five favourite ingredients that you could use to make your own personal green juice:

1. Kale

2. Spinach

3. Ginger

4. Cucumbers

5. Apples




3 handfuls of spinach

1/2 cucumber

2 apples

1/2 pineapple


Throw the vegetables into the juicer and serve cold.
