I know I wrote fat, but don’t freak out, there are different types of fats. Some are healthy, some are not. Vitamin E promotes healthy skin and eyes, it’s in loads of face creams, so don’t forget to throw them in.


1 1/2 cups of almond milk

1/2 cup oat bran

1/4 cup flaxseed

1/2 cup cup oats

2 tablespoons of  dessicated coconut

1 tablespoon flaked almonds

2 generous tablespoons of chai powder

2 tablespoons of boiling water

1 sliced banana


1. Mix the chai with the boiling water so that it makes a liquid paste

2. Add the chai to the rest of the ingredients, cook over a medium heat in a saucepan for 6 minutes and serve warm.
