Banana, peanut butter and tahini smoothie


I love to make smoothies and juices, in case you can’t tell, so when I went to Hoi Polloi last week and tried their banana, tahini protein shake I knew I had to recreate it at home.



2 bananas

2 tablespoons of peanut butter

1/2 tablespoon of tahini

2 cups milk

Handful of spinach


Mix all the ingredients in the blender, drink and enjoy
